The Cheesecake Factory (King of Prussia, PA)

Went there a couple times with the wife over the latter part of 2006.

Hits:
Bistro Shrimp Pasta - lots of shrimp, a light basil lemon cream sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms.

Pesto Chicken Pasta - as advertised.

Avocado Egg Rolls - delish.

Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Rolls (chilled) - good, especially the green onion and cilantro.

Crab Wontons - crab rangoon, essentially. Very good.

Dutch Apple Caramel Streusel Cheesecake

Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake/Cheesecake swirled together, with cream cheese icing

Misses:
Firecracker Salmon Rolls - the sweet hot chili sauce was good, the rolls were average and were arranged on the sides of a mountain of radishes. A waste.

Thai Chicken Pasta - way too much peanut sauce and bean sprouts.


Always a crowd, by the way.
